Stocks-Mann Architects, PLC is a service-oriented architectural firm, with particular emphasis on commercial, office, health care and institutional projects, including both new construction and renovations.  We offer the ability to provide our clients with a high level of personal service, with the principal in charge directly involved in every aspect of the project.

The firm was founded in 1993 by Randy Stocks and known as Randall J. Stocks Architect.  In June of 1996, R. Mark Mann joined the firm as a principal and partner. The name was changed at that time to Stocks-Mann Architects, PLC.  The two principals have over 48 years of combined professional experience in most every building type, both in small and large-scale projects.  In addition to the two principals, the firm employs two intern architects and an administrative assistant.  The firm’s office is located in the Lyon Building at 401 W. Capitol Avenue in downtown Little Rock. 

The firm’s philosophy focuses on a strong commitment to client satisfaction.  The principal in charge of each project manages and produces the entire project, from initial client meetings, throughout the design process and during the entire construction of the facility.  We believe that the continuity established through communication and collaboration with the same person during the evolution of planning and constructing a building is the key to a successful project.  

The principals have a wealth of experience in a wide array of building types, including office, educational, commercial, healthcare, library and institutional facilities.  Much of this experience has been gained while serving as associates and project architects with some of the most reputable architectural firms in the state of Arkansas.

The firm utilizes state of the art CAD systems and provides full architectural services including pre-design and feasibility studies, programming, building design, interior design, construction documentation, 3-D computer modeling, administration of bidding and construction contract negotiation, and contract administration.
